5 Marchesi Gondi-Tenuta Bossi (Evangelos)A very nice experience! The host was a genuine gem, very helpful in any way trying to make us understand in the best way the wine tasting, the making and with loads of humor! The place and the area surrounding it is a one of a kind thing And lastly the wines, all of them with a different character, we bought around 10 Bottles with us so we can sip them until we go back again, as we will sure do! 5 Wonderful experience (Francesco)First of all, the estate is in a wonderful place, immersed in the hills of Pontassieve and it is a place that tells centuries and centuries of history of the Gondi family, linked to the area of Florence and beyond. A history that is found in the company's wine production. The Villa and its cellars are very beautiful and were shown to us by Giacomo with a passion and skill that we also found in the wine tasting. Giving us a very interesting and stimulating experience in the world of Marchesi Gondi and their products, ranging from entry level to the flagships of their production. We were very happy with the experience and we definitely recommend it.

2 Not up to expectations (Andrea)Tasting booked as a gift. The accompanying platter to taste the wines, meager and of low quality. Compared to other experiences I've had, even ones that cost less, this was the worst. To be fair, the historical and scenic context was very beautiful, but the tasting itself would have been worth €30 per person and not €50.

4 Tenuta Bossi - Among the Tuscan hills (Marco)The experience was very interesting from the point of view of the history and the description of the estate. Completely immersed in this ancient estate of an important Florentine family. On a tasting level, it is more important to evaluate how they are presented than to say if the individual wines were liked individually; regarding this, as a wine technician, I was very satisfied. The only detail that was less pleasant was the choice to have the tasting inside a room full of stuffed animals, not very welcoming and not for everyone. Overall we were more than satisfied

5 Beautiful place. (Roberto)We took a tour of the castle's medieval cellars and were really happy with both the history and the beauty of the place. Our guide Francesco was very good; in English, due to the presence of a Japanese friend of ours, he explained the history of the family that owns the castle and the history of the wines produced.

5 Chianti Rufina Tasting (Marco)We spent a few days in Chianti and we certainly couldn't leave without having done a tasting. Even with little notice, we managed to book one at Tenuta Bossi, a splendid villa in the hills of Pontassieve. We were welcomed by the very kind Gerardo, who first accompanied us into the garden to tell us his family's story, then into the cellars, where we literally “breathed in” the passion with which they carry on their work. Afterwards, we were accompanied to the tasting room where the sommelier Giacomo had us taste, with friendliness and extreme patience towards us tasting novices, the five varieties of their wines, accompanied by a sampling of local cured meats and cheeses, plus a little treat: a taste of their oil. Extremely satisfied, we left, but not before buying their products.

5 Wonderful experience (Nicoló)The visit to the Bossi estate begins by retracing the history of the Gondi family with a wonderful panorama in the background. Immediately after, you move on to the visit of the actual cellars with a detailed explanation of the wine and oil production and the various stages of aging. It all concludes with the actual tasting of three types of wine and an oil with a corresponding presentation of the products. Our guide was helpful and thorough, able to fully immerse and involve the visitors in the experience and ready to answer all questions and curiosities. The products are of excellent quality and you end up being very undecided when it comes time to purchase (if you wish). The experience in general is very good value for money.

We visited the splendid medieval cellars, then we moved inside the Castle, where we admired some halls; the tour concluded with a tasting of their wines accompanied by cured meats and cheeses. 5 Intoxicating (Gaia )Arriving in Tuscany, at Fattoria Lavacchio we immersed ourselves in Chianti. With the knowledgeable and friendly guidance of our sommelier Tsaku we experienced the true atmosphere of the Florentine countryside, between Rufina and typical cured meats. We couldn't have asked for better. Recommended.
