The tasting room at PDC Cartizze is well organized, modern and comfortably high tech. We enjoyed a truly deep dive into the terroir and the company's own unique approach to the two-step fermentation process. We walked away with several bottles. Environment: The tasting room is comfortable, welcoming, ideal for enjoying the tour with the right amount of comfort. Service and Hospitality: The approach with customers is a bit too dry and formal. A little extra warmth and emotional involvement in telling the story of the winery would make the experience truly memorable.

4 Young and good. (Stefano)Nice little winery, minimal decor, you can feel the passion and youth. They proved to be organized. Good explanation, beyond personal taste regarding the products tasted. A slight awkwardness when they didn't realize that we, unlike the group, had not booked the vineyard tour; I immediately let them know out of personal correctness and to clear up the awkwardness. The area speaks for itself.

5 Wonderful (Adriana)This experience speaks for itself. My family and I delved into the world of prosecco for the first time, and we decided to do it with the niche prosecco Cartizze. A world narrated and explained in a very professional way, an experience that definitely leaves you with a real education on prosecco! The combo that made it a wonderful experience was the subsequent visit to the vineyard located at the foot of an area recognized as a UNESCO heritage site. What else is there to say? I recommend you do it at sunset!
