Agricola Matteoli

Agricola Matteoli is a small, family-run winery located in San Sano, among the picturesque hills of Gaiole in Chianti. Although born in the area, the deep connection to the land was realized after moving away to Milan. The decision to return to Chianti was driven by a desire to share the love for this region through the production of Chianti Classico.

The winery produces a limited number of bottles each year using handcrafted processes. The vineyards benefit from soils rich in marl and limestone and are fully exposed to the sun, with Sangiovese being the predominant grape variety. This combination results in a DOCG wine that, while adhering to the strict guidelines of the Chianti Classico Consortium, stands out for its uniqueness.

Each bottle is personalized, making the packaging and wine itself both unique and exclusive. Beyond the excellent quality of the wine, every bottle reflects the passion, love, and respect for the Chianti region, a symbol of Italian wine culture and tradition.

Agricola Matteoli produces a distinct Chianti Classico DOCG, crafted from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes.
