Anqueven

Between Adissan and Fontès, Domaine de l’Anqueven, nestled in the heart of the vineyards, offers breathtaking views over the plain and the surrounding hillsides. Aline and Frédéric Fages cultivate their vines using organic farming methods, harvest the grapes by hand, and craft and age gastronomic wines with the utmost respect for nature.

Delighted to share their passion, expertise, and wines with visitors, they welcome guests to the winery, tasting room, panoramic terrace, and boutique, where they also offer a carefully selected range of gifts and gourmet products.

L’Anqueven produces a small range of wines: rosé, white, and red, all made using organic methods.

The estate covers only 10 hectares, with production focused on low yields. Work in both the vineyard and the cellar is carried out with a hands-on approach: all grapes are harvested by hand, then sorted and destemmed.

The wines are sold to more than 200 wine shops and renowned restaurants, mainly in France, but also in Switzerland and Belgium.
