With approximately 16 hectares of vineyards and the exclusive presence of vineyard parcels on four islands of the Aeolian archipelago – Salina, Lipari, Vulcano, and Stromboli – we are today one of the most unique wine-producing realities in Italy. The new underground winery is a project designed in full harmony with the landscape and enhanced by a unique sea view overlooking Stromboli in the background. In this exclusive setting, our experiences come to life, opportunities created to allow our guests to fully immerse themselves in the Aeolian winemaking tradition while experiencing the magic of the territory. For the most curious wine lovers, it will also be possible to explore the uniqueness of our four “cru” wines, each an authentic expression of a different volcanic island.

From these volcanic soils, so diverse and fascinating, come our wines, produced mainly from Malvasia di Lipari and Corinto Nero, grape varieties that symbolize the enological identity of the Aeolian Islands. The quality of our work is confirmed by numerous recognitions in the 2026 Wine Guides: from the Tre Bicchieri of Gambero Rosso to the Slow Wine Chiocciola, from Veronelli’s Three Gold Stars to the Doctor Wine Faccino.
