About Winery and Wines
Our farm and winery was born in 2013 from the love for this magical place immersed in the quiet of the San Bartolo's Natural Park; what motivates us is the passion of this new point of reference not far from the city center. In a few years we have achieved everything that allows us to be a multifunctional holding: today we count 25 hectares divided between vineyard, olive grove, orchard and vegetable garden; the point of sale with adjacent tasting room and processing laboratory; the wine cellar where our wines are produced and refined.
In 2016 we created our first vineyard of Black Pinot to which we owe our two labels, Silvo and Isabel. Subsequently, we turned our attention to the planting of new varieties and the management of important historical vineyards. Right now we lead 9 hectares of vineyards dedicated to the cultivation of Black Pinot, Sangiovese, Montepulciano; Albanella, Biancame, Chardonnay, Trebbiano. The grapes are harvested manually and controlled by our farm operators with care and attention so that we can guarantee our products the highest quality.
