Azienda Agricola Le Salette

For generations, the historic Scamperle family, owners of Le Salette Winery, have devoted themselves to cultivating grapes with a deep respect for nature and its production cycles. Over the years, the family has carefully expanded their vineyards, always striving to showcase the unique characteristics of native grape varieties. Drawing on ancient winemaking traditions dating back to Magna Graecia, the winery uses handmade terracotta amphorae from Impruneta, Tuscany, to store and age their wines, protecting them from oxidation and preserving their natural qualities.

The objective of the Le Salette Winery has always been quality, shared by the whole family. Today they own twenty hectares of cultivated land, located among the most renowned places of Valpolicella Classica DOC: Fumane Cà Carnocchio, I Progni and Cà Melchiori, Sant'Ambrogio Conca D'Oro and San Floriano Monte Masua. The grapes produced are the most classic of the area: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta, a small quantity of Molinara, and Croatina.
