5 Great place, great people, great wine (Maurizio)We had a great experience at the Valentina Cubi winery. Not only the accomodation was very good, but also the people we met at the Agriturismo Valentina Cubi were extremely friendly and helpful. Then our degustation and winery tour was particularly pleasant: Filippo was an excellent host, his presentation was excellent and the wines we tried, left us wanting more. All in all it was a memorable experience we can thoroughly recommend to anybody wanting to find out about winemaking in Valpolicella.

5 Amazing winetasting (Kara)We had a wonderful expercience at Dindo winery. We were given a short tour of the cellars where we were able to ask all our questions. Sara was very kind and hospitable. Afterwards we were seated in a beautiful tasting room and were provided with delicious local cheese and meat. We really appreciated being given a moment in between wines to enjoy our glass and the cheese/meats. The quality of the wines we tasted were also amazing. I even got to taste the newly produced grappa, which was wonderful. We cannot wait to come back some day. Would definitely recommend!

4 Professionalism (Paolo)The tour was very beautiful and interesting, the guide was able to answer all our questions, clearing up all our doubts and curiosities regarding the production of their wine and the history of both the winery and the territory. The tasting was then very intimate and elegant, each wine was presented with its best characteristics and with advice on how to enjoy it, leaving time between one wine and the next to taste it properly. Even at the end of the experience, the owners remained available for more questions and purchases.

4 A pleasant day among beautiful landscapes and excellent wine (Paolo Gaetano)Enchanting place and very kind hosts (the road through the hills is scenic, if you have any doubts anyway before leaving ask the host who will give you excellent directions). Walking through the vineyards and listening to the history of the Valpolicella territory and its wines was very pleasant (in our case the weather was also favorable). To conclude it all with good food and excellent wines... well, what can I say... Spectacular!!

Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the owner's wife who accompanied us during the visit, explaining in detail the processes of their production, showing us the vineyards and the cellar. The room with the original stone walls dating back to the foundation is very beautiful. At the end of the visit we tasted the 5 glasses with a platter of cured meats and cheeses. I recommend the experience for the helpfulness, expertise, and the quality of the products.

Sara's passion, professionalism, and hospitality far exceeded our expectations. The Giovanni Dindo wineries are truly focused on quality rather than quantity. You can tell immediately from the welcome, the attention to detail, the helpfulness and kindness shown even towards our two children's curiosities. Extremely high-quality wine, accompanied in the tasting by exquisite local products. The wines tasted in the cellar were presented exhaustively and were the ideal activity for getting to know Valpolicella and its peculiarities. 5 Cantina Dindo Valpolicella (Giuseppina)On Saturday, February 24, 2024, with my partner and a couple of friends, we went to the Dindo winery. It was a very interesting experience; we were welcomed by Sara, Giovanni Dindo's wife. Sara was truly very clear and knowledgeable in explaining their work and very professional in the presentation of some of the wines they produce, excellent wines in our opinion. The cheeses, cured meats, and bread they offered to accompany the tasting were also much appreciated. Thank you to the Dindo winery for the hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. I can't wait to share the excellent wines, oil, and jams we bought with our friends.

5 The eight of Giovanni Dindo (Dino)We opted for the 8-wine tasting, the typical ones from Valpolicella and the 3 from the Barisol line. It was a very interesting visit to the winery and Sara answered all our questions with passion and knowledge. The tasting paired with a platter of cheeses and cured meats was much appreciated. Special mention for the Valpolicella Ripasso (remarkable) and the white from the Barisol line. Excellent, fragrant and full-bodied were all the others as well, Recioto above all. To play with the number of wines one could say an 8 out of 10 winery, but it wouldn't be honest, 9 is the right score. A great experience to recommend.

5 Engaging (Annalisa )The Dindo winery is on a hill from where you can admire an excellent landscape! When you arrive you are immediately welcomed by Sara's smile, who will give you a tour of their winery and the tasting. Sara was very kind; together with her husband, they are a young couple who love their work and manage to convey their passion to you. She always answered our questions and accompanied us during the tasting in a very detailed and precise manner! The wines are truly very good. We really liked the Valpolicella Ripasso and the Amarone. At the end, Sara takes a photo of you with a Polaroid and gives it to you as a gift, a very nice idea!! Highly recommended!!

5 Like Family (Greta)The winery is on a hill in the middle of the Valpolicella vineyards. A very beautiful experience, Sara immediately welcomed us and made us feel at home. We visited where the wine is made, smelling and savoring all the aromas, and then the tasting began with a description of the production method. Very good wine, but also delicious cured meats and cheeses. We will definitely be back!
