5 Charming wine from charming people (ELISABETTA)A couple of weeks ago I was at wine tasting at Poggio, where are the days were explained in a very warm atmosphere. Hence, I have bought some wine from the winery as I came back home, and it is still amazing. Corvina White wine is very mineral in light, Rose is light and Provence style, while Bardolino red has a full diverse taste depending on the way of making. Will order more

5 Tasting Tedeschi (Agricola)We immediately felt very welcome and started right away with a very interesting tour. We learned a lot about Tedeschi family, Valpolicella, classic and DOC wines, … afterwards we could enjoy a tasting, the pairing with the local cheeses was incredible. We tried some great wines like their Amarone Monte Olmi and La Fabriseria. We really enjoyed this tasting and tour! Well done ! Can recommend.

5 Enjoyable wine lunch (Borghetti)A great experience touring the vineyard and winery. Barbara was warm and hospitable, taking the time to explain the process in detail and answering the many questions we had. Lunch was simple but good (tortellini, cold cuts, bruschetta, cheese and wine of course). It was open on a Sunday which was the main reason why we chose it - in addition to the many good reviews. Would recommend dropping in

5 Ottima esperienza tra vini e ospitalità (Giulia)Abbiamo partecipato di recente a una visita con degustazione presso la Cantina San Pietro ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La persona che ci ha accompagnato è stata estremamente disponibile e paziente, soprattutto con la nostra bambina di 5 anni: ci hanno fornito sia qualche snack che dei giochi per intrattenerla, permettendoci di goderci la visita con tranquillità. Il percorso di spiegazione del processo produttivo è stato molto interessante e ben strutturato: ora sappiamo finalmente cosa significa “appassimento” e quali sono le differenze tra Amarone, Ripasso e Recioto! I vini in degustazione erano di ottima qualità e abbiamo apprezzato tutte le etichette proposte. In più, quando ho accennato di essere una grande amante della Lugana, ci hanno offerto anche l’assaggio di questo vino, pur non essendo previsto dal programma: un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Esperienza consigliata, sia per gli appassionati di vino che per chi, come noi, vuole un’accoglienza attenta anche alle esigenze delle famiglie. Un grazie alla Cantina San Pietro per la splendida giornata!

5 Villa Crine Experience (Mara)this was my second time for wine tasting in Villa Crine! i liked the wine so much when tasting in July with my husband, I had to bring my sister in September when we were in Verona. The setting was so pleasant. we came a bit late, but the owner was able to accommodate, and it was truly like a family experience tasting the wines, talking and sharing experiences. The wine is so delicious, my sister got a bottle to share with her husband when she is back in US. We don't speak Italian unfortunately but had no problems communicating with our hostess in English.

5 Tasting of Typical Wines at Montresor (Maria)We enjoyed our wine tasting experience at Montresor Winery. First of all, we were greeted warmly by the staff. Then we learned a lot about the winery and Valpolicella during the tour which was given by a very knowledgeable guide. Finally, the wines we tried were all good, paired well with the various cheeses and cured meats provided. The experience broadened our wine and food pairing knowledge.

5 Amazing Experience (SOFIA)Our host Sofia was the best. We had a great time visiting, got to see the vines at their best and learned a lot about all the wines that are produced at Fugolo. Not only were the explanations regarding the wines in Valpolicella and the family’s history very detailed, but also the experience as a whole was very enjoyable and relaxed. I can only recommend it!

We walked by ourselves to the restaurant to have the lunch with wines. Lunch was delicious and the restaurant nice. This is a experience to remember!

4 Balance to Opera ()Great adventure for a morning in Verona/Valpolicella. The views over the twisted and manicured landscape is inspirational. The process of wine making in the region was interesting and the tasting was revealing. Meeting other travellers from around the globe was a real positive.

5 Amazing experience (Matteo)Had the amazing pleasure of visiting the Lenotti estate whilst in Bardolino, Firstly a very inexpensive activity if you consider you end up enjoying 4 lovely glasses of wine. The guide was entertaining and enthusiastic and it was lovely that the owner joined in when we tasted the special Amerone! Superb informative experience. And walking distance from the town. Also the guide spoke English!

5 Che bella tenuta (Villa Mosconi Bertani - Tenuta Santa Maria)Tutto insieme e andato perfetto. La tenuta e grande e abbiamo visto tanto prima di degustazione. Durante degustazione mi ha sororesa la quantita di ogni vino ( no era degusrszione, erano quatrro bicchieri di vino da q dcl) e mio preferiti al fine non era amarone ma valpollicela clasico, fruttosa, dolce molto legera. Di solito non e quello il mio tipo dei vini. Un grande plus era presentazione sul schermo durante degustazione, piu facile da seguire.

5 Great place, great people, great wine (Filippo)We had a great experience at the Valentina Cubi winery. Not only the accomodation was very good, but also the people we met at the Agriturismo Valentina Cubi were extremely friendly and helpful. Then our degustation and winery tour was particularly pleasant: Filippo was an excellent host, his presentation was excellent and the wines we tried, left us wanting more. All in all it was a memorable experience we can thoroughly recommend to anybody wanting to find out about winemaking in Valpolicella.

5 Nice visit to Giovanna Tantini Winery (Giovanna)Thanks to Winedering we were able to visit this lovely winery. Booking process was very easy and informative. Special thanks to the great host Sofia who gave us excellent overview of the winery story, winemaking strategies and insights and at the same time made us feel very welcome and relaxed. We were even able to compare different vintages of the estate most popular wines and received a nice souvenir to remember this visit back at home! Highly recommend!

5 Great winery tour and tasting ()Very interesting tour through the winery and museum with lots of old tools. For the tasting we had three white wines, two red wines, the Amarone is wonderful and a Wermut which has 80% Amarone, incredibly tasty. Our tour guide was very nice and knew a lot about the wines and how they are made.
