Azienda Vitivinicola Tola

The Tola Winery was established in 1992 by Girolamo Tola, known as "Mimmo," who inherited his passion for viticulture from his father, Francesco. Located in the prestigious terroirs of Bosco Falconeria and Grassuri Airoldi in Sicily, at an altitude of 400 meters, the winery reflects the Tola family's deep connection to the land. Mimmo believes that "wine is made in the vineyard," and this philosophy drives their meticulous care for the vines.

Tola Winery produces wines from both native and international grape varieties. Their offerings include Nero d'Avola, Grillo, Catarratto, and Insolia, alongside Chardonnay, Syrah, and Pinot Noir. The vineyards are cultivated using espalier and simple guyot systems, with a high plant density of 4,600 plants per hectare. Each wine is crafted from carefully selected grapes, capturing the essence of Sicily's rich terroir.
