5 This was great! (Rune Andreas)We were a group of five people, where three were young adults with little knowledge of wine. Everybody had a great experience, the tour and the tasting was interesting and done by a very friendly guide. The pizza making was fabulous, I definitely leveled up my skills! Again the pizza guy was friendly and very helpful and the pizza we made was really good. The Augustali wines are good and we ended up buying several bottles before we went home. The only thing that could have been better is that it is very difficult to get to the farm. We had to book an expensive taxi ride to get there. A great add on would have been a pick up service to the nearest train station.

5 Highly recommend this experience ! (Neil)Highly recommend this wine authentic and relaxing wine testing experience set in the vineyard where wine is plentiful as well as traditional food ! The owner and Francesca were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxing and authentic - and not rushed n any way … we chose to get a taxi door to door to allow us to fully enjoy this experience. We have been to several wine tasting experiences in the U.K. - this experience was simple, tranquil and the wine and food were excellent ! Highly recommend. Thank you !

5 Couldn’t recommend it enough! (Ben)I couldn’t recommend the vineyard experience enough! The setting was beautiful, with the table looking over the vines - felt really authentic. It was just our group as well, so weren’t banded together with people we didn’t know. We tried 3 wines, all delicious, as was the food, which kept on coming! We actually ended up cancelling our dinner reservations as it was no longer needed. We also had a tour of the production facilities with the team - they couldn’t do enough for us, such lovely and welcoming people! It really did make our trip to Sicily and would say you have to go if you’re close by and want a lovely evening!

5 Amazing afternoon!!! (Nicky)We spent an amazing afternoon touring the wine making equipment, Antonio explained the process and walking through the grounds, the views were amazing!!! We had some fantastic wines and outstanding food to compliment. Great measures and so much food it’s by far the best wine tasting experience we have ever been on. A special thanks to Roberta for translating but Antonio’s English was also very good. We had such a great time thank you both and we will be back !!! Would recommend this to anyone visiting Sicily

5 Really good place (Simon)Place was beautiful, we were warmly welcomed. We got some bread and after we got an interesting and professional wine tour, our guide was really good and had alot of knowledge. Got to taste few wines at tour and they were so good. After the tour we got really delicious food and we got offered more if wanted. Also pairing wines were included. After finished we where shown some animals at farm, cute. Wine tour is a must if visiting Sicily. We really could recommend Augustali vinery for all who wants to deepen their knowledge about winemaking and enjoy good food. Only negative is when coming by car you can’t enjoy too much wine.

5 Great Wine Tadting experience (Monica)Loved the beautiful setting and Anca and Peppe were wonderful hosts. They allowed us to walk around the grounds, amid the olive trees and grape vines, what an incredible experience, olive oil, wine and food was out of this world. We were so full when we left but also each of us in our group of six bought wine to go to drink for the rest of our stay in Siicily!

5 Glorious wines - fabulous setting - a must do experience (Johanna)If you only do one thing on your trip to Sicily we would highly recommend this delightful and beautiful experience of wine and olive oil tasting set in the most stunning setting, and accompanied by exquisite tapas from the local area. Anca and Peppe are passionate about fabulous wines and olive oils alongside deeply ethical and realised goals on low carbon, sustainability and circularity. They have so many plans that we can't wait to return to see what the next phase it! One week later, we already wish we had bought home more wine and olive oil....

5 Amazing experience and delicious wine! (Eliza)This wine tour is the best I’ve ever been on! We got served generous pours of amazing wine while we were led around the vineyard and Beatriz explained to us the process of growing, harvesting and pressing the grapes. We then went into the rooms where they ferment, age and bottle the wines, where we were told how the winemaker individually tastes and curates the wine. Beatriz was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came to trying the food, we were given another 2 bottles of a different wine and the food was traditional Sicilian and so delicious. We weren’t rushed through, and leisurely finished the food before buying a case of very well priced wine to take with us. I hugely recommend this tour!

5 A fabulous visit (Ruth)We had a fabulous visit to this Vineyard and winery. Our hostess Beatrice was knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. One of our group had mobility issues and our guide slowed the pace to accommodate her needs. We sampled some fabulous wines and the sicilian dishes we sampled afterwards were exceptional. Needless to say we bought lots of goodies to take away with us from the wine shop. A wonderful experience which we would thoroughly recommend

Although there were only two of us, the winemaker, with his warm and friendly manner, took a lot of time to explain and show us everything in detail. Giuseppe, very knowledgeable and kind, had us taste the wine directly from the barrel, explaining the differences with the bottled one. We smelled the aromas, also comparing them with small essences in vials. There were also small typical tastings on bruschetta. To finish, as a gift, a small bottle of wine with a personalized label. An experience that I recommend to wine enthusiasts.

4 FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AT THE WINERY (Francesca)The Quattro Cieli winery was a beautiful discovery for us, located in the territory of Alcamo it offers a truly excellent quality of wine. The experience we chose was the picnic in the vineyard; as soon as we arrived, Giuseppe, the owner, immediately put us at ease and with professionalism and dedication told us the story of his winery and his very pleasant wines. After this brief introduction, we moved on to tasting 3 wines: a white (chosen by us for the picnic), a rosé, and a red. The olfactory-gustatory experience was truly very interesting and helped us a lot in choosing the wine for lunch. Although it wasn't a real picnic inside the vineyard (it was probably better this way given the harvest period), from the stations outside it was possible to appreciate a delightful view of the vineyards while enjoying excellent food cooked especially for us. The portions, just right, satisfied us, the wine was to our liking. What can I say, an experience to recommend and one that we will almost certainly repeat in the future.
