Antonio Sánchez is the driving force behind Bodegas Toro Albalá. A chemist, winemaker, and possessor of a distinctive vision for the world of Andalusian fortified wines, he has been a revolutionary since the 1960s. After training at the French wine school in Bordeaux, he returned to his homeland to elevate the quality of Pedro Ximénez wines from Montilla-Moriles, discovering their unique and characteristic value in vintage wines.
