Borgo Casa al Vento is located near Gaiole in Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany, offering a blend of tradition, passion, and respect for the land. The estate produces organic Chianti Classico wines from its vineyards, which guests can experience through wine tastings, vineyards and cellar tours. The property also features a panoramic pool, a restaurant with seasonal local cuisine, and wellness in a small boutique Spa  offerings experiences like vinotherapy, milch and honey bath etc... It is a restored medieval village, providing an authentic Tuscan experience amidst stunning landscapes.

Borgo Casa al Vento, located in Gaiole in Chianti, produces organic wines with a deep commitment to natural, sustainable viticulture. The estate, which has been organic since 2012, emphasizes respect for the environment and health by following less invasive agronomic practices. With an annual production of around 30,000 bottles, each harvest is carried out by hand, with grapes meticulously selected one by one. The focus is on creating authentic Chianti Classico, made exclusively from 100% Sangiovese grapes, resulting in full-bodied wines that are approachable and expressive of the region’s true identity. The philosophy centers around crafting wine "made by hand and with the heart," preserving the genuineness and tradition of the area while safeguarding its future.

In addition to its winemaking, Borgo Casa al Vento offers a rich Tuscan experience, including wine tastings, wellness treatments, and a restaurant serving local seasonal dishes, making it an immersive destination for wine and nature lovers alike.
