La Callaltella Winery was established in 1951 by the Bonetto brothers, combining a passion for viticulture with the experience of generations. Initially a farm that raised poultry and produced wine, the winery has evolved into a family-run business now headed by the third generation. Today, the founder Luigino Bonetto has passed the reins to his daughters, Antonella, Elisabetta, and Elena. Their unique approach brings a distinctive 'green' and feminine touch to the winemaking process, blending a deep respect for the land with modern, sustainable practices. The family's connection to the vineyards is personal, treating each vine as their own child, ensuring the best care and attention for a quality product.
La Callaltella produces wines marked by both DOC (Denomination of Controlled Origin) and IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) designations, guaranteeing the highest standards of production and quality.
