Rechsteiner Winery, located in Piavon di Oderzo, has a rich history dating back to 1881 when it was purchased by Friedrich Rechsteiner. The estate, nestled in the renowned DOC Venezia region, spans 50 hectares of vineyards that benefit from an ideal climate for both red and white wine production. The historical estate, along with the nearby Rechsteiner Agriturismo, offers guests an immersive experience with overnight stays and traditional Venetian cuisine paired with their wines. Castello di Roncade is a remarkable example of Renaissance architecture situated in the Veneto countryside, between Treviso and Venice. Originally built on the ruins of a 10th-century castle gifted by Emperor Otto II, it was reconstructed in the 16th century by Girolamo Giustinian, a Venetian aristocrat. The castle, unique for its pre-Palladian design and medieval walls, has a rich history tied to the Serenissima Republic of Venice. The Baroni Ciani Bassetti family, with deep agricultural roots in Trentino, took ownership of the property in the early 20th century. They revitalized the estate with architectural restorations and the replanting of vineyards. Baron Tito Ciani Bassetti chose the Castello as the home for a winemaking venture, recognizing the land's historical connection to viticulture dating back to Roman times. Today, the winery, managed by Vincenzo Ciani Bassetti, surrounds the castle, reflecting the family's continued dedication to both the vineyard and cellar, preserving and enhancing this extraordinary estate.

Toni Doro Prosecco is a family-run winery located in the beautiful hills of Vittorio Veneto, within the prestigious DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene region. Founded by Antonio Doro in 1956, the winery's legacy is carried forward by Silvano and Massimo Doro, honoring their grandfather's traditions. The De Stefani family traces its roots to Refrontolo, a UNESCO World Heritage village in Veneto, Italy, with historical records dating back to 1624. Today, the winery is led by Alessandro De Stefani, the fourth generation, who produces wines under a natural philosophy from old, high-density vineyards. Focusing on native varieties like Marzemino and Prosecco, the winery produces around 400,000 bottles annually from 150 acres of vineyard, distributing its wines globally and gaining recognition in prestigious wine guides. The family’s winemaking history began in 1866 with Valeriano De Stefani, who cultivated vines and produced wines in the Refrontolo hills, specializing in dried grape wines. Over the generations, the De Stefani family has continuously innovated, expanding into the Piave area in the 1960s and introducing modern viticulture and winemaking techniques such as temperature control during fermentation, the use of small barrels for aging, and high-density planting. Milestones include the production of Tombola di Pin Millesime sparkling wine in 1985 and the introduction of Stèfen 1624, a Marzemino wine, in 2003, both emblematic of the estate’s commitment to tradition and innovation. The winery also emphasizes sustainability, avoiding herbicides and chemicals in the vineyard and vinifying without added preservatives or sulfites.

Tenuta Santomè is a family-owned winery with a rich heritage rooted in the passion for viticulture. It began with grandfather Antonio, an expert in vineyards, and was later expanded by his son, Armando, who purchased 30 hectares of fertile land in the "Grave di Papadopoli" area in the 1970s. His sons, Alan and William, further built on this legacy by founding the modern Santomè wine farm in 1999. Today, the estate encompasses 60 hectares of vineyards, including three hectares in the prestigious Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG zone. Located in Biancade (Treviso), the winery is known for its modern techniques, innovative vinification systems, and dedication to sustainability. The family’s commitment to producing high-quality wines from grapes grown exclusively on their land reflects their deep connection to the region and their love for winemaking.

My name is Davide Cunial, and I am proud to represent the latest chapter in the long and storied history of the Cunial family, which has been producing exceptional wines from the Piave region for over 80 years. In 2009, alongside my cousin Denis Cunial, we founded the Cà Bonetto winery with the vision to modernize and expand upon the legacy started by our predecessors, Valerio and Mario Cunial. The foundation of Cà Bonetto marks the continuation of a rich family tradition of winemaking, and we officially inaugurated our new winery on June 13, 2010, with a grand celebration attended by customers, civil and religious authorities, and the community. Our state-of-the-art winery, carefully designed by expert technicians in the field, is both functional and visually appealing, ensuring that visitors experience not only the best of our wines but also the beauty of our facility. Cà Bonetto's structure is divided into distinct sections: offices with a ground-floor laboratory, a meeting room, a sales point for bottling and bulk wine, and areas dedicated to grape harvesting and wine storage. La Callaltella Winery was established in 1951 by the Bonetto brothers, combining a passion for viticulture with the experience of generations. Initially a farm that raised poultry and produced wine, the winery has evolved into a family-run business now headed by the third generation. Today, the founder Luigino Bonetto has passed the reins to his daughters, Antonella, Elisabetta, and Elena. Their unique approach brings a distinctive 'green' and feminine touch to the winemaking process, blending a deep respect for the land with modern, sustainable practices. The family's connection to the vineyards is personal, treating each vine as their own child, ensuring the best care and attention for a quality product.

The Duca di Dolle estate is located in an ancient monastery dating back to the 16th century in Rolle, a hamlet in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. hills of Conegliano -Valdobbiadene, which from 2019 will be recognised as a World Heritage Site. The aim of the company, which has been in the hands of the Baccini family since 2011, is to preserve the land and protect the landscape in the name of eco-sustainability between man and the environment, enhancing the fruits of the land through the creation of wines of the highest quality, and to focus on innovation, a value that has always distinguished the family, a Trevisan entrepreneurial reality known for the high technology and quality of its solutions and initiatives.

enuta de’Stefenelli produces excellent wines by using grapes only from its own vineyards and by following a natural and integrated transformation process:"from the grape ... to the bottle". Excellent "Romagna DOC" white and red wines, as well as an intriguing rosé from Sangiovese grapes, are secured by the quality of the Territory, the hills around “Bertinoro” are one of the best wine sub-zones of Romagna, by the careful and experienced vineyard and winery practices, by the technologies applied ... The careful winemaking process begins with a grape bunch selection at perfect ripeness, a hand harvest in small crates and a controlled drop in temperature: all of that, to ensure grapes arrival to the winery in ideal conditions. In the winery, we have the most advanced technologies to ensure the best wine quality and aging potential: production and storage areas as well as tanks are fully temperature controlled, grapes are gently handled by means of advanced machinery and equipment, must and wine are processed under inert gas. In our wine cellar, the selected red wines undergo a lengthy aging process in French oak, Bordeaux-style, barriques. The production is followed directly, with an artisan touch, by Sergio Stefenelli, estate owner and wine designer, with the competent supervision of the enologist Dr. Attilio Pagli.
