Cantina Mancini is a garage Winery established in 2021, with a focus on limited, high-quality production from 55-year-old grapevines. The wines reflect a deep passion and respect for the surrounding valley and its land.
With just 3,000 bottles produced annually, the winery offers a carefully curated selection of three distinctive labels, each expressing the character and authenticity of this unique terroir.
Cantina Mancini produces the following wines:
Il Borgaccio all'Alba (Red): 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo. Fermentation and 6 months in concrete barrels, two years in French tonneaux, and a final refinement of 6 months in concrete barrels before bottling.
Il Borgaccio all'Alba (White): 90% Trebbiano, 5% Grechetto, 5% Malvasia. Fermentation and refinement for 8 months in concrete barrels.
Controverso: Orange wine from 90% Trebbiano, 5% Grechetto, 5% Malvasia. Fermentation and refinement for 8 months in French barrique.
