A wonderful park with a winery inside

The Castello Monaci winery is located on the road between two of the most important citys of Negroamaro, Guagnano and Salice Salentino. This winery has a beautiful park around where in the summer you can taste its wines outdoors. Really beautiful experience. The reception is excellent and well organized and the wines are varied and for all tastes. It is possible to visit the vineyards that are all around the winery and then you can also take a ride in the beautiful underground cellar where bottles of vintages produced until the 90s are kept. Beautiful tasting experience. To try if you are lovers of nature and space and good wines.
Worthy of mention is Artas, a primitivo in purity produced with selected grapes. One of the best Primitivo IGP Salento that can be found. Another wine to mention is Charà, an excellent chardonnay that makes 3 months of wood. A truly exceptional white wine.
