About Winery and Wines

The Bolet family has been cultivating the vineyards and making wine for seven generations. Since 1982 it has been bottled in the winery of the Mas Lluet farm where the fist main house of 1619 and the next Modernist house of 1911 are located. In the first one, there is a small museum space with ancient peasant tools, owned by the family over the seven generations.

Thus, there is the possibility of making the ECOTAST visit that consists in a guided tour through the museum space, the old and actual cellar, the cava and finish it with a tasting of wines and cavas; or the PREMIUM visit, which apart from the one mentioned above, also consists of a pairing to accompany the tasting of wines and cavas; or BRUCH.

At Cavas Bolet we produce organic and homegrown wines and cavas, starting production without the use of synthetic chemicals in 2003. We also have two natural wines without added sulfites: one red wine and one Petnat 100% Macabeu variety with ancestral method.
