Cavas Bolet is a family-run winery with a winemaking tradition spanning over seven generations. Located in Penedès, near Barcelona, the estate covers 70 acres spread across three different locations, each offering unique terroir and altitudes. The winery, based at Mas Lluet, is a symbol of this legacy, housing a small museum showcasing traditional tools used by the family over centuries. Since 1982, Bolet has produced organic wines and cavas, combining modern techniques with a deep respect for the land, offering visitors unique experiences through their tours​.

At Cavas Bolet, the focus is on producing organic, homegrown wines and cavas. Since 2003, the estate has embraced organic farming, avoiding synthetic chemicals to ensure quality. They produce two natural wines without added sulfites: a red wine and a Pet-Nat made from 100% Macabeo, using the ancestral method. Their cava range includes Brut Nature, Brut Reserva, and unique expressions aged on lees. Each bottle reflects the Bolet family’s commitment to sustainable viticulture, crafting authentic wines deeply connected to their terroir​.
