Colle Manora

Founded in 1981 by Eleonora Limonci, Colle Manora Winery has since been transformed by its current owners, Giorgio Schön and Marina Orlandi Contucci. They brought a fresh vision to the winery more than a decade ago, implementing substantial changes such as planting new vineyards and modernizing the cellar facilities. Set in the historic wine region between Quargnento and Fubine, Colle Manora represents the harmonious combination of Italy’s signature values—quality, style, and passion. The estate spans 75 hectares, with 20 dedicated to vineyards that benefit from a favorable microclimate, bordered by acacia, oak, and wild cherry woods. This winery is inspired by two worlds: the elegance of fashion, thanks to Marina Orlandi Contucci’s connection to Mila Schön, and a passion for red racing cars, reflected in the striking simplicity of their wine labels. These elements together create wines that showcase Italian creativity and craftsmanship.

Colle Manora combines native Italian grape varieties with international favorites to produce wines that are both distinctive and reflective of their terroir. The winery’s portfolio includes a variety of reds and whites, balancing indigenous varietals like Barbera with aromatic international varieties such as Merlot and Chardonnay. These wines are crafted with precision and care, using modern techniques while maintaining traditional values. The label design, a simple stroke of a red pen next to a bunch of grapes, is a tribute to the owners’ shared passion for red racing cars, merging two quintessentially Italian loves—wine and motorsport.
