Nestled in the heart of Languedoc, 25 km from the Mediterranean Sea, lies our estate, Sainte Cécile du Parc.

The estate spans 100 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, an exceptional terroir!

Traditionally, the hunting grounds of the Duke of Montmorency during the 17th century, the vineyard's sun-drenched terraces have been dedicated to viticulture for over a century.

Our vineyard is planted with several grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache Noir, Albariño, Cinsault, Tempranillo, Carignan, Piquepoul, Mourvèdre, and Sauvignon Blanc.

The vineyard boasts a diverse range of soils: clay-limestone, sandy-gravelly, Villafranchian, and rich in pebbles and basaltic scree. This terroir boasts excellent drainage, allowing the vines to take root and express the full biodiversity of the site. The breezes on our hillsides also provide natural sanitization for the vineyard.

Domaine Sainte Cécile du Parc, located in Pézenas, produces wines that fully express the richness of the Languedoc terroir. The whites, primarily made from Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, are distinguished by their great freshness, citrus notes, and elegant finish. The rosés are luscious and lively, marked by aromas of red fruit and a pleasant acidity, perfect for summer enjoyment. The reds, often crafted from Syrah, Grenache, or Cinsault, offer a beautiful structure and an aromatic range spanning from black fruit to spices, with more complex cuvées capable of aging well. Together, these wines reflect meticulous work, respectful of the terroir and focused on aromatic purity.
