About the Wines
La Sabbiona Farm produces approximately 55,000 bottles of IGT, DOC, and DOCG wines annually, featuring both well-known and rare local varieties. Among these are Centesimino, a ruby red wine with floral and spicy notes, and Famoso, a white wine with aromatic floral and exotic fruit nuances. Both of these lesser-known varietals are deeply rooted in the region's history and are celebrated for their unique flavors, making them a must-try for wine enthusiasts looking to explore the true essence of Romagna.
