About Winery and Wines
Le Dôme’s winery is the embodiment of a bold philosophy: when passion, expertise, and foresight converge, it’s possible to create something that challenges even the most established perspectives.
With its striking juxtaposition of cutting-edge winemaking technology and raw, natural materials, the forty-metre diameter dome-shaped building resembles a landed spaceship—an arresting presence in the heart of Saint-Émilion. Conceived by renowned winemaker Jonathan Maltus and designed by world-famous architect Lord Norman Foster—celebrated for landmarks such as the Château Margaux winery, London’s 'Gherkin', Apple’s Cupertino Loop, and the Reichstag in Berlin—this project is where visionary winemaking meets visionary design.
Nestled among some of the most prestigious wine estates in the world, Le Dôme may be a relative newcomer, but its winery and wines have swiftly become a defining presence in the Saint-Émilion landscape.
Le Dôme’s winery produces a curated selection of premium wines, focusing on craftsmanship and terroir. Garage wines are produced in small quantities from unique vineyards, offering an exclusive and authentic experience. The production also features a rich variety of red, white, and rosé wines, each crafted with passion and attention to detail.
