At Le Nobilune, our heart beats for the traditional method of sparkling winemaking. We craft elegant Metodo Classico wines from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, including our signature Guerrino, a refined expression of Pinot Nero, and Nobil Rosé, a delicate sparkling rosé. Alongside these, we produce Prosecco DOC, both sparkling and semi-sparkling (frizzante), capturing the freshness and vivacity of our region. Our still wines include barrel-aged Pinot Nero and Cabernet, as well as Verduzzo. Each label reflects our commitment to tradition, quality, and the beauty of time—offering a wine experience shaped by passion and patience.
