The estate is centered around a meticulously restored 18th-century colonial manor house, originally built by “indianos” returning from the Americas. This architectural jewel preserves its historical soul while offering a refined and intimate setting for premium wine tastings, private events, and bespoke wine experiences.

Beneath the estate lies one of its most extraordinary treasures: over 400 meters of historic underground cellars carved into the rock more than four centuries ago. These natural caves, with their constant temperature and humidity, provide the perfect environment for wine aging and create a truly unique atmosphere for immersive underground wine tastings — one of the most distinctive wine experiences in Spain.

Surrounded by dramatic mountain landscapes, our vineyards are located at an altitude and planted with old bush vines of Garnacha and Cariñena, many over 50 years old. Rooted in poor, stony soils — characteristic of this region known as “the land of stones” — these vineyards yield low-production, high-quality grapes with remarkable concentration and identity.

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We practice organic viticulture, manual harvesting, and minimal intervention winemaking, ensuring a deep respect for nature and the preservation of the territory.

Our collection is centered on native Spanish varieties, primarily Garnacha and Cariñena, sourced from old bush vines cultivated under extreme conditions. However, our range goes beyond tradition, embracing rarity, innovation, and micro-production excellence.

Among our most distinctive creations is an elegant Garnacha Blanca, which reveals a refined and expressive side of this native variety, with freshness, subtle complexity, and a strong sense of place.

We also produce a highly limited orange wine made from 85-year-old Moscatel de Alejandría vines — a singular and bold interpretation that combines ancestral techniques with contemporary precision. This wine stands out for its aromatic intensity, texture, and distinctive personality, offering a truly memorable tasting experience.

Exclusivity reaches its peak with our single-vineyard wines, crafted from a unique one-hectare plot. These wines are the purest expression of our terroir, produced in extremely limited quantities and designed to capture the identity of a single place with precision and depth.

Another cornerstone of our philosophy is the revival of ancient winemaking traditions. Our “Tinajas” wine is aged in clay amphorae over 100 years old, allowing for a natural micro-oxygenation that enhances texture, purity, and authenticity. This method connects past and present, resulting in wines with remarkable character and a timeless soul.

Our approach to winemaking is based on minimal intervention: hand-harvested grapes, careful selection, and a deep respect for each vineyard and variety. Each plot is vinified separately to preserve its identity, while aging is thoughtfully managed to achieve balance without masking the essence of the fruit.
