since 8 yars Ghisolana is an organic company ,produces earth-friendly wines from organically growngrapes. wine are free of pesticides,herbicides,chemical fertilizers and other synthetic chemical.

the importance of cutting edge cultivation technologies guarantee quality and genuinenessin wineproduction.

all our wines come from organic farming , the choice to embrace this philosophystemmed from a desire to engage in deeper contact with our land and every element connected to it.we fell our missiion is to create unique wines. these special products are produced with special land care wihich we apply during thw winemaking process. for this reason we would to like to highlight how are wines are made .we carefully supervise all the production stages , from the cultivation of the vines to the grapes picking . we select the best hand picked grapes , which are pressed at a low temperature in an oxygen free enviroment . we use local natural yeasts and all of them have a slow fermentation.because of our scrupulous and professional process weare able to ensure that there are no additives and low use of sulphites.

our wines are created and modeled by the knowledge of the man and by the time .we put great care and passion on our vineyards , following every stage of their growth.

we produce 3 different type of prosecco and 1 rosè sparkling
