"Love," "Passion," "Strength." These are the keys on which the Mustazza Winery has built its roots. Roots that have insinuated themselves into the soil of the Erice hills for generations. Farmers who have dedicated their lives to valorizing the fruits of their labor and passing down their knowledge.

The Mustazza Winery draws from those roots all the "Passion" and "Love" for its work, bringing into its bottles wine, a perfect combination of identity, territoriality, and innovation.

The company currently has a vineyard area of ​​nearly 15 hectares, spread across several plots. On each plot, the soil and climate conditions have determined the choice of variety, capable of forging an exclusive product with a unique and undisputed identity.

The winery produces native varieties such as Grillo, Catarratto, and Zibibbo. For red wines, it has currently chosen international varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which express their finest balance in the area. The blend of Grillo and Catarratto produces two sparkling wines: Ancestrale and Metodo Classico.
