Behind Natur & Mohr are us – Judith and Dennis Mohr. We share a passion for traditional orchard meadows, heritage fruit varieties, and the belief that true enjoyment begins where nature and craftsmanship come together.

As a certified fruit-growing and horticultural specialist, Dennis is the heart of our orchard meadows. He is responsible for caring for the old fruit trees, harvesting the fruit, and processing it into our products. From the blossoms of spring to the finished bottle, he accompanies every step of our apples’ and pears’ journey with extensive expertise, patience, and dedication. His special passion lies in preserving heritage fruit varieties and showcasing the unique flavors they produce.

Judith brings together nature education and enjoyment. As an orchard educator and certified fruit-growing specialist, she shares the fascinating world of traditional orchard meadows in an engaging and accessible way. With great enthusiasm, she tells the stories of heritage fruit varieties, the rich biodiversity of these landscapes, and the connections between nature, agriculture, and sustainable enjoyment. At the same time, she is responsible for sales and for maintaining close relationships with our guests and customers.

Together, we aim to inspire people with the beauty and importance of traditional orchard meadows. That is why our tasting experience is much more than a simple tasting – it is a journey of discovery through one of Europe’s most valuable cultural landscapes.

OBSTschäumle – Our Seccos

Our Seccos combine the aromas of traditional heritage fruit varieties with fine sparkling bubbles and a refreshing character. Whether made from perry pears, apples, or creative blends such as apple-elderflower, each variety has its own unique personality. Perfect as an aperitif, for celebrations, or for special moments of enjoyment.

Special feature: Made from regional orchard fruits rather than grapes, giving each Secco a distinctive sense of origin.

Alcohol-Free Seccos

Enjoyment without alcohol – but with full flavor. Our alcohol-free Seccos combine the aromas of heritage fruit varieties with carefully selected fruits such as elderflower, quince, sour cherry, and wild plum. These sparkling beverages offer a premium alternative for anyone who chooses to avoid alcohol without compromising on taste.

Special feature: 100% flavor, 0% alcohol.

OBSTcider & OBSTperry

Our Cider and Perry represent the traditional craft of fruit winemaking in a modern style. Cider is made from apples, while Perry is crafted from pears. The result is a refreshing, fruit-forward drink with balanced acidity and delicate fruit aromas.

Whether enjoyed on warm summer days or shared with friends, Cider and Perry offer uncomplicated enjoyment with genuine character.

Special feature: Multiple award winner at the international Cider World competition in Frankfurt.

Fruit Wines

Wine does not always have to be made from grapes. Our fruit wines revive an almost forgotten tradition and showcase the remarkable potential of apples and pears – some even matured in oak barrels.

The fermentation of carefully selected fruits creates elegant wines with a distinctive character, subtle fruitiness, and surprising complexity.

Special feature: A rare specialty that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern enjoyment.

Naturally Cloudy Juices

Our naturally cloudy juices bring the authentic taste of traditional orchard landscapes straight to your glass. For our pear juice, we use a selection of heritage pear varieties such as Weinbirne, Karcherbirne, and Schweizer Wasserbirne, resulting in a particularly aromatic and complex flavor profile.

Available in convenient bag-in-box packaging for extended shelf life and easy dispensing.

Special feature: Pure fruit enjoyment without additives – as natural as the orchard itself.

Mulled Apple Wine

When the days grow shorter, our Mulled Apple Wine provides comforting warmth. The fruity aromas of locally grown apples are combined with carefully selected winter spices to create a unique alternative to traditional mulled wine.

Special feature: Fruity, lighter, and refreshingly different from conventional mulled wine.

Vinegars & Balsamic Vinegars

Our orchard apples are transformed into premium vinegars with intense fruit aromas. In addition to naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar, we offer a fruity apple balsamic vinegar that is aged for several years in wooden barrels, developing subtle oak notes and exceptional depth.

Special feature: Ideal for enhancing salads, vegetable dishes, and creative recipes.

Fine Fruit Brandies

For our fine fruit brandies, we use only fully ripe fruits, allowing their natural aromas to take center stage. Whether single-variety pear brandies, mirabelle plum, damson plum, cherry, or apple-pear blends, each spirit reflects the quality of the fruit and the care invested in its production.

Special feature: A smooth, fruit-forward character rather than a harsh alcoholic bite.
