Wilhelmshof Winery, located in the Pfalz region and nestled within an amphitheater of dramatic cliffs in Siebeldingen, expertly blends tradition with modern innovation, drawing inspiration from French winemaking practices. Wilhelm Jung Jr. began the winery's journey in 1949, and in 1975, Herbert Roth and Christa Roth-Jung, both highly trained enology graduates, took the helm, ushering in a new era of excellence. Their approach combines time-honored techniques with contemporary advancements, resulting in wines of exceptional quality. The winery’s sparkling wines have garnered numerous accolades, including Germany’s Best Sparkling Producer in 2018 and the Falstaff Sekt Trophy Blanc de Noirs 2018. Wilhelmshof places great emphasis on sustainable viticulture, showing deep respect for the soil, climate, environment, and vineyards. The vineyard reaches from the foot of the Merkur Mountains-313 meters (1027 feet) above sea level-south-southeast into the Murg Valley.: The Staufenberger Grossenberg. Rich, healthy grapes result from a biologically intact environment so we maintain a variety of native plants and animals which thrive in our vineyard, enhancing the cultivation of our grapevines. Our grapevines are nourished with all natural fertilizers and minerals: No synthetic chemicals are used. Our goal is to work economically in harmony with nature. We gladly comply with stringent guidelines provided by the European Common Market Standard for Ecological Agriculture. Only two percent of European wines are organically produced. The wines of Staufenberger Grossenberg are proudly counted in this elite group. Fully ripened grapes-organically grown are the basis for our wines. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and delivered to our wine cellar at harvest time. Old Town Hall Gernsbach The 'Altes Rathaus', the Old Town Hall, was erected in 1618 in a Renaissance style on the marketplace in the old town of Gernsbach. Today, serving as the central seat of our business, its ground floor harbors the shop where we present our wines. The Old Town Hall's historical cellar with its cross-vaulted ceiling creates a one-of-a-kind ambiance, ideal not only for intimate and unique wine tastings but also for festivities and cultural events of almost any kind. Here you will be allowed to taste, enjoy, and select the wine best suitable to your preference, comfortably distanced from rush and bother.

In 2020, Weingut Poth proudly celebrated its 100th anniversary, marking a century of dedication and passion passed down through generations. Nestled in the charming town of Röttingen, in the southernmost corner of the Main-Franconian region, the winery is surrounded by the picturesque Tauber Valley. The town itself, with its medieval walls, seven defensive towers, half-timbered houses, and an elegant baroque town hall, offers visitors a glimpse into the rich cultural history of this romantic corner of Germany. The winery’s vineyards are located in the "Röttinger Feuerstein," a unique and renowned vineyard that offers not only the ideal terroir for viticulture but also beautiful hiking opportunities. Visitors can explore the vineyard trails and enjoy breathtaking views of the Tauber Valley throughout the year. Each season brings a different experience, making a visit unforgettable. Welcome to our small family-owned organic estate in the Kaiserstuhl! We, Anne-Christin and Christoph, have grown up and are deeply rooted in the vineyards. Our 850 winegrowers cultivate over 720 hectares of vineyards around the Stromberg and Heuchelberg. Wine culture and wine diversity in harmony with nature thanks to proven craftsmanship combined with modern technology define our everyday work.  At our numerous events and festivals, our guests can experience great wines in the welcoming atmosphere of our winery or right in the vineyards - for example during a tractor-ride or at our outdoor wine bars!

The Winery Alte Grafschaft is today owned by Christoph Dinkel & Norbert Spielmann, two wine enthusiasts who take care of the 11 hectares of vineyards, mainly in steep hillsides. The Varieties are Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and some other typical German vines, like Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Bacchus & Scheurebe. The Building with its historic court is from 1594. Here in summer, you are always welcome to bring your food (Pick Nick) and we will serve the wines. But also during wintertime, you can enjoy and taste our wines in different tasting rooms. After taking over the winery in 2009 and a lot of renovation, as investments in vineyards and cellar, we were very proud to receive the award "Discovery of the Year 2014" by the Gault & Millau Wine Guide, the leading Guide in Wine in Germany. As we continue to improve the quality by working hard in the vineyards, we see our Pinot Noir on the very best winelists in German Restaurants. Our goal is to show that our wines from these very old vineyards which have existed for more than 800 years can be drunk on the same table next to the very best of the world.

Weingut Schmitt, nestled in the scenic Franconia region of Germany, has a long family history in winemaking. The estate was first established in the mid-1940s when Ernst Schmitt began cultivating grapes on one-third of the land he inherited. His dedication was carried forward by his descendants, with Manfred and Helene Schmitt expanding the winery in 1974 by purchasing property in Bergheim. Today, the winery is managed by Anja and Frank Schmitt, who continue the family tradition with 30 hectares of vineyards across key regions like Bergtheim, Thüngersheim, and Retzbach. They cultivate a variety of grapes, such as Silvaner, Bacchus, and Müller-Thurgau, along with premium varieties like Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc. The winery emphasizes natural, eco-friendly practices to protect the region’s biodiversity and ensure the highest quality wines. Their portfolio includes red, white, rosé, sparkling, and dessert wines, all aged to perfection in French oak barrels. The commitment to sustainability is further proven by their EcoStep Wine certification, which recognizes their compliance with environmental, health, safety, and food standards. With attention to every detail in the winemaking process, Weingut Schmitt continues to produce exceptional wines that reflect the family’s dedication and expertise passed down through generations.

Our passion – winemakers and hosts The Neuweier winery and castle have been family-owned since 2012. The historic monopoly locations Schlossberg and Goldenes Loch as well as the Mauerberg are the heart of our estate. Neuweier Castle is one of the oldest and best-preserved moated castles in Germany. The castle and wine-growing history goes back to the 12th century. There were several fortunate circumstances that ensured the preservation of the facility over this long period of time. In 1992 the entire palace complex was completely renovated. The result is a piece of jewelry with outstanding significance for the entire region. The Schätzle family is a long-established winemaking family - the son Robert Schätzle, as a biotechnologist and oenologist, seamlessly continues the long tradition of viticulture and the series of qualified and committed cellar masters at Neuweier Castle.
