Poggio alla Rocca

Poggio alla Rocca is a vineyard and olive grove located near Montalcino, Tuscany, known for its dedication to natural farming practices. The estate's vineyard, dating back to 1975, thrives on mineral-rich calcareous marl soil, and is exposed to the southwest. The combination of nature and tradition defines Poggio alla Rocca’s produce, which includes both wine and three distinct types of extra virgin olive oil derived from Correggiolo, Leccino, and Dolciano cultivars.

Poggio alla Rocca’s vineyard produces wines based on an ancient Chianti recipe. The red wine blends Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo, creating a robust 13.5% alcohol content. The white wine, composed of Malvasia and Trebbiano, is delicately balanced at 12.5%.
