Valleris

Vinum Valleris is a family-run winery in San Floriano del Collio, in the heart of the Collio wine region, close to the Slovenian border.

Our philosophy combines family tradition, respect for the land and patient winemaking. We welcome our guests in an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. Our tastings are intimate and are accompanied by the story of our family, our vineyards and the unique Collio territory.

Our wines are divided into two distinct collections.

The Valleris line includes our most prestigious macerated wines, such as Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Extended skin contact and slow maturation in large oak barrels give them structure, complexity and a strong expression of the Collio territory. Our Pinot Grigio was awarded a Silver Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards.

The fresher and more contemporary Versum line consists entirely of sparkling wines made with the Charmat method. Perla Nera is made from Pinot Noir, Perla Oro from Ribolla Gialla, and Satin is an unfiltered Ribolla Gialla.

Together, the two collections show different sides of our identity: the depth and complexity of Valleris and the freshness and elegance of Versum.
