About Winery and Wines
Welcome to Vignoble Simian, a historic estate in Piolenc, where tradition and innovation come together in the pursuit of exceptional winemaking. Established in the late 19th century, our vineyard is the result of generations of dedication and passion, passed down through the Serguier family.
Today, Florian and Jean-Pierre Serguier continue this legacy, managing 33 hectares across three prestigious appellations. Their philosophy is deeply rooted in achieving perfect harmony between the vines and nature, fostering a sustainable ecosystem that enhances the quality and expression of the wines.
By cultivating 13 grape varieties and embracing a spirit of continuous experimentation, Vignoble Simian remains at the forefront of organic and minimal-intervention winemaking, producing wines that reflect freshness, elegance, and finesse.
At Vignoble Simian, we craft a diverse range of wines that celebrate the richness of our terroir. We produce:
AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape
AOC Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Massif d'Uchaux
AOC Côtes-du-Rhône
IGP Méditerranée
Our portfolio includes reds, whites, and rosés, each offering a distinct character shaped by meticulous winemaking techniques. Whether through blends or single-varietal expressions, our wines are known for their elegant fruitiness, depth, and purity.
With a minimal-input approach, every cuvée is a result of years of cellar experimentation, where we tailor winemaking methods and vat types to the unique qualities of each vintage. The only constant in our process is the unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that every bottle embodies the true essence of our vineyards.
