Explore Franciacorta: Wine Tour & Authentic Local Lunch at Tenuta Ambrosini

Enjoy an authentic wine and food experience at Tenuta Ambrosini, located in the heart of the Franciacorta wine region near Brescia. This experience combines a guided winery visit with a traditional Brescian lunch paired with Franciacorta DOCG wines, allowing guests to discover both the territory and its gastronomic heritage.

The experience begins at 11:00 AM with a walk through the vineyards of Tenuta Ambrosini, offering an introduction to the terroir and viticulture of Franciacorta. This is followed by a guided visit to the winery, where guests will learn about the traditional Franciacorta production method and the stages involved in creating these prestigious Italian sparkling wines.

After the tour, guests will enjoy a traditional lunch at the farmhouse located within the estate, where each dish is carefully paired with a Franciacorta wine produced by Tenuta Ambrosini.

The lunch begins with a rich selection of Brescian appetisers paired with Franciacorta T.A. Dosaggio Zero NIHIL DOCG, including typical Brescia cold cuts, savoury pies with red radicchio and cheese, Malga cheese served with homemade jams, baked courgette frittata, polenta with pancetta, and sweet and sour vegetables.

The first course features homemade Brescian ravioli, paired with Franciacorta T.A. Extra Brut “Santa Caterina” DOCG. The second course consists of traditional beef with oil, paired with Franciacorta T.A. Brut “Batudè” DOCG, accompanied by Brescian polenta and baked potatoes as side dishes.

To finish the meal, guests will enjoy dessert paired with Franciacorta T.A. Satèn Millesimato DOCG, followed by coffee and water.

At the end of the experience, guests will also have access to the Tenuta Ambrosini wine shop, where they can explore and purchase the estate’s wines.

In case of bad weather, the expected arrival time is 11:30 AM, and the experience will begin directly with the visit to the winery.
