Platinum Tasting Experience & Traditional Lunch in Franciacorta at Tenuta Ambrosini
Here is what's in store for you
The tour begins at 11:00* a.m.with a walk through the vineyards, followed by a visit to the winery with an explanation of the Franciacorta method, and then lunch at our farmhouse within the estate.
The menu includes:
Starters:
- Typical Brescia cold cuts
- Savoury pies with red radicchio and cheese
- Malga cheese with homemade jams
- Baked courgette frittata
- Polenta with pancetta
- Sweet and sour vegetables
First course: Risotto with Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini DOCG
Second course: Brescia-style mixed meat spit roast (alternatively, sliced beef on a bed of mixed salad leaves) to be requested when booking
Side dishes: Brescia-style polenta and baked potatoes.
Second course: Cheese platter from the Brescia valleys paired with Franciacorta RISERVA Annata 2012 Lorenzo Ambrosini DOCG
Dessert, coffee, water.
