Classic Tour and Sicilian Organic Wine Tasting at Baglio DiAr in Marsala
Here is what's in store for you
Discover the family winery of Baglio Diar, a young organic and vegan wine producer in the heart of Marsala. We will offer you an immersive journey into the essence of Sicilian wine production.
This experience begins with a guided tour of the winery. An expert member of staff will accompany you through every stage of the winemaking and aging process, revealing the passion and care that goes into every bottle. Along the way, you will also discover the winery's connection to its territory and its commitment to sustainability and tradition.
The second part of the visit will focus on the history of Baglio DiAr and its cultural roots in Sicily. You will then take part in a curated tasting of five of the winery's most emblematic labels, each of which reflects the character of the island in both taste and design. The wines include: Grillo “Selene,” dry Zibibbo “Fantasia,” and Nero d'Avola “Nedda.”
The tasting also includes a sample of our organic olive oil, served on artisan durum wheat bread croutons (or in a small glass upon request) and water.
