Special Tour and Tasting of 5 Organic Sicilian Wines at Baglio DiAr in Marsala

Step into the heart of Baglio DiAr, a dynamic young winery in Marsala dedicated exclusively to the production of certified organic wines. Located in the historic land where the first great Italian wine was born, Baglio DiAr offers an immersive journey into the essence of Sicilian winemaking.

This experience begins with a guided tour of the winery. A knowledgeable staff member will walk you through every stage of the winemaking process, revealing the passion and care behind every bottle. Along the way, you’ll also learn about the winery’s connection to the surrounding land and its strong commitment to sustainability and tradition.

The second part of your visit focuses on the story of Baglio DiAr and its deep cultural roots in Sicily. You'll then take part in a curated tasting of five of the winery’s most emblematic labels, each reflecting the island’s character both in taste and design. Wines include: Grillo "Selene", Catarratto "Dida", Dry Zibibbo "Fantasia", Nero d’Avola Rosé "Lia", and Perricone "Velata".

The tasting is elevated with a sampling of the Baglio DiAr's organic olive oil, served on handcrafted durum wheat bread croutons (or in a small glass upon request), accompanied by water.
