Classic Wine Tasting at Castello di Coiano in Castelfiorentino, Chianti

At Castello di Coiano, you will be personally welcomed by Tommaso, the owner, for a classic tasting experience. He will guide you at a dedicated table, sharing the history and passion that animate the estate while you explore its wines and flavors.

The tasting features three representative wines: a white, such as Trebbiano or Vermentino, a red Chianti DOCG, and a sweet Vinsanto del Chianti DOC. To accompany the wines, you will be served a platter of Tuscan products, including local prosciutto, salami, and mortadella, alongside fresh and aged pecorino cheeses. The pairing is completed with bruschetta drizzled with the estate's own extra virgin olive oil, schiacciata, and artisanal cantuccini, perfect with the Vinsanto.

Depending on the weather, the tasting is held either in the air-conditioned tasting room or in one of the castle's outdoor settings, such as the farmyard, the panoramic terrace, or the historic garden. For children, non-alcoholic beverages and a special food option with schiacciata and simple bruschetta are provided.
