La Bodega Domenico Russo es una empresa familiar que aúna la pasión por la viticultura, el respeto por la naturaleza y la ambición de producir vinos de primera calidad. Fundada en 1998 en la campiña de Ginosa, cerca de Taranto y a sólo 22 km de Matera, este entorno idílico está bendecido con temperaturas moderadas, topografía de ladera y proximidad al mar Jónico. El verdor envuelve la propiedad, donde los olivos y un viñedo ecológico en espaldera prosperan en perfecta tranquilidad.
Cada etapa de la elaboración del vino, desde el cultivo de la uva hasta el embotellado, está supervisada personalmente por la familia Russo. El propietario, Domenico Russo, impulsado por un profundo amor a la tierra y sus tradiciones, se dedicó a la producción de vinos autóctonos y amplió su negocio con la adquisición de terrenos en las laderas de Bove Cesine. Soloperto Vini es una bodega familiar con profundas raíces en el corazón de Apulia, que se remontan a principios del siglo XX. Masseria Borgo dei Trulli è un azienda agricola che ha acquistato i terreni nelle migliori zone viticole del Salento, in particolare nei comuni di Sava, Manduria e Maruggio in provincia di Taranto, dove coltiva principalmente primitivo, negroamaro, vermentino, malvasia bianca, fiano, sauvignon bianco e nel comune di Guagnano, in provincia di Lecce, dove produce le uve negroamaro e malvasia nera, per il Salice Salentino doc.
Individua un’antica masseria immersa nei vigneti, dove realizzare la cantina per vinificare le uve e creare degli ottimi vini. La cantina, è situata nel comune di Maruggio, nella contrada denominata Roselle, dista 5 km in linea d’aria con il mar Ionio e si trova nel cuore della DOP Primitivo di Manduria. Nella zona, sparpagliati nelle terre, si possono trovare una miriade di antiche costruzioni molto caratteristiche, chiamate trulli saraceni, e da questo prende il nome l’azienda agricola Masseria Borgo dei Trulli. Masseria è il termine usato in Puglia per individuare l’edificio rurale principale, il centro aziendale dove avviene anche la trasformazione e la conservazione del prodotto agricolo.
La cantina è stata costruita nel rispetto del paesaggio circostante, a fianco di una vecchia masseria restaurata. Si nota il contrasto fra la cantina, costruzione moderna, tecnologica, dotata di impianti all’avanguardia per trasformare nella maniera migliore le uve e conservare il vino, e la vecchia masseria, un tempo adibita al ricovero degli animali, costruita con la pietra locale detta TUFO, con la caratteristica architettonica degli archi e volte a stella.
L’equilibrio e la sinergia architettonica e funzionale delle due aree fanno godere a pieno alle persone coinvolte il momento lavorativo in campagna e in cantina con i momenti di assaggio e consumo dei prodotti ottenuti.

In the heart of the Taranto countryside, among the horizons of the Ionian coast, stands the Trefontane winery. It is the year 1920. Fruit of the commitment and ambitions of three generations, between technology and modernity respectful of ancient wine traditions, Azienda Vinicola Tenuta Trefontane, draws from the land of origin of Nicola, founder of the company, to translate in a "timeless goblet" the fruit of the Apulian land.
Viticulturist in the area of Gioia del Colle, mother land of the primitive vine, he moved to the borders of the sea in order to have his commitment and hard work rewarded by unique wines for their aroma, richness and concentration.
The landscape of the vineyards which go as far as the sea, the audacity of the son Andrea and of the grandson Nicola; the tenacity of the viticulturists, ready to cultivate them often for pure love and against any economic and market logic, does justice to the will of submitting nature to the extreme limits.
The more than 30 hectares of land from which Tenuta Trefontane is made up, are cultivated with the care of a garden, plant by plant, fruit of a passion that has always pushed the farmers, almost "guests" of a painting with bittersweet hues, to consider the wine activity a philosophy, with the absolute priority of the quality of the product over any market consideration.
Vinicola Savese Pichierri

The leading figure behind us was: Gaetano Pichierri.
A farmer, then a wine-maker who gained experience in Sava’s old wineries, the fame of whom spread throughout Italy in the 19th century thanks to the enologists Amerigo Mancini and Guido Calò.
After the war, Gaetano set up his own winery, which would be later passed on his sons Cosimo, Vittorio, Roberto and Aldo. Since the 1970s, the siblings have also started bottling their wines in order to widely spread Vinicola Savese products across the country.
Masseria Le Fabriche

ERARIO

Since 1849 the Family ERARIO has always been involved in the agricultural activity, particularly what concern the cultivation of vineyards and olive’s trees. In Apulia the culture of cultivation of vines and olive’s trees is an ancient tradition, since 700 b.C. the Greeks did produce wines and olive oils. In this area it is possible to see centuries old olive trees and some one over 1.000 years. It is interesting to notice that in region Apulia there are over 85 different kinds of grapes, but actually are selected and grown only few kinds, the ones that are high productive and considering the position of the land, if on hills or plain, kind of the land and the exposure to the sun and to the winds of the sea. All this factors have a strong influence on the taste of the wine: the same grape produced on different soils and by vine of different age, it gives a wine of different taste. Also the same vines on the same soil, but different age, it gives a different wine: older is the vineyards and stronger are perfumes and taste of its grapes and the wine produced.
In the year 2006, with the participation of the Family Brunetti, the company is registered for the first time with the name of AGRICOLA ERARIO. 2011 in a new location a new winery is build, where there are new cellars, containers underground and silos in stainless steel, machines for bottling and labelling. In the same building there is the office and a small company store, where are sold Erario’s wines and extra virgin olive oils, and some typical food products of the region Apulia. Among these products there is foods made by other companies that respect the tradition of this region as special pasta and noodles, pasta sauces, pickles, preserves in olive oil and so on.
Actually Agricola Erario own about 200.000 square metres of vineyards and about 60.000 square metres of olive grove. The production of wine is about 400.000 lt. (500.000 bottles of 0,75 l.) and 6.000 lt. of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (7.500 bottles of 0,75 lt.).
