In the heart of Irpinia, in Castelvetere sul Calore, Aminea Winery is a family-run estate led by two young sisters, representing the fourth generation of winemakers since 1890.
This is an immersive journey for those who wish to explore the winery’s production philosophy and discover a territory particularly suited to viticulture. The experience begins with a warm welcome at the winery, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine, followed by a guided visit to the vineyards and cellar, where the main winemaking methods are explained directly by the winemaker.
The visit concludes with a guided sensory tasting, enriched by a fun blind aroma recognition game. The wines are paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, along with bruschetta topped with the estate’s extra virgin olive oil.
