Castello La Leccia è una tenuta storica risalente al 1077, un tempo dominata dalla famiglia Ricasoli durante i conflitti tra Firenze e Siena. Oggi il castello è un'azienda agricola biologica situata nel cuore della Toscana. L'agriturismo Poggio Amorelli, di proprietà di Adriana e Marco Mazzarrini, è immerso in una delle zone più pittoresche del Chianti, vicino all'incantevole borgo di Castellina in Chianti. Una parte dei loro vigneti si estende anche in Maremma, vicino al villaggio di Magliano in Toscana. Marco Mazzarrini, appassionato viticoltore e agronomo toscano, sognava di creare un luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, permettendo alla vita di fluire armoniosamente con la natura e preservando le antiche tradizioni enogastronomiche della Toscana. Poggio Amorelli è nata da questo sogno grazie a passione, coraggio e dedizione. La famiglia Mazzarrini produce vini di alta qualità, imbottigliati alla fonte, seguendo il metodo tradizionale del Chianti Classico. La famiglia è composta da Marco Mazzarrini, enologo e agronomo, sua moglie Adriana e i loro figli Gloria, Raoul e Amedeo. Dal 2016, i due figli maggiori, Gloria e Raoul, sono stati coinvolti attivamente nell'azienda, assicurando la continuazione dell'eredità familiare.

Bibbiano è una delle più antiche tenute del Chianti Classico, di proprietà della stessa famiglia da generazioni. Oggi è gestita dai fratelli Tommaso e Federico Marrocchesi Marzi, che si impegnano a preservare le antiche tradizioni di famiglia. Il Molino di Grace, che prende il nome da un mulino a vento del XIX secolo presente nella tenuta, è una cantina con una ricca storia che abbraccia oltre 350 anni di fruttuosi vigneti. Situata nel cuore del Chianti Classico, la cantina è stata costruita nel 1997 con l'impegno di preservare e valorizzare il patrimonio viticolo della terra. Oggi, Il Molino di Grace produce circa 250.000 bottiglie all'anno, tra cui Chianti Classico, Riserva, Gran Selezione e Super Tuscan. La tenuta incarna una filosofia di sostenibilità e pratiche biodinamiche. Dai fertilizzanti organici ai lieviti indigeni, dalle uve raccolte a mano all'uso di energia ecologica, Il Molino di Grace adotta un approccio olistico sia alla produzione di vino che alla gestione dell'ambiente. Certificata biologica dal 2010, la cantina rimane profondamente legata alla sua terra e alle sue tradizioni, assicurando che ogni bottiglia rifletta la cura e il rispetto con cui vengono coltivati i vigneti. Dal 1980, la famiglia Bojola-Targioni gestisce le Antiche Tenute degli Squarcialupi, nobili che si stabilirono a Castellina in Chianti nel 1200 e costruirono il Palazzo Squarcialupi (XV secolo), ancora oggi sede storica dell'azienda. La proprietà si estende intorno al villaggio per 200 ettari, di cui 35 sono vigneti, 15 oliveti e 10 seminativi. L'azienda si concentra sulla produzione di vini biologici di grande espressione territoriale e lavora anche con tecniche di vinificazione speciali come l'appassimento delle uve, la spumantizzazione, la vinificazione senza solfiti e l'affinamento in anfore di terracotta.

Il borgo di Fonterutoli, antico baluardo di Firenze a pochi chilometri da Castellina in Chianti, gode di una straordinaria vista su Siena, che è così vicina da poter scorgere la Torre del Mangia e la sagoma del Duomo. La secolare proprietà dei Marchesi Mazzei ha conservato più o meno inalterato il pugno di case, la chiesa di San Miniato e la villa eretta alla fine del 1500 al posto della cittadella. Il tempo si è fermato qui, mantenendo il fascino del Medioevo.

The estate name, Monte Bernardi, dates back to 1085. The vineyards are comprised of a third of which is over 40 years old, a third over 13 years and a third under 10 years, with the first wine produced in 1992. Previously the grapes were sold to neighboring farms. The Schmelzer family purchased Monte Bernardi in 2003 and has since invested great amounts of time, love and money in the vineyards, the winery and villa. The Monte Bernardi estate extends over 53 hectares (130 acres), of which 9.5 hectares (23.5 acres) are vineyards of an average age of over 40 years. The vineyards are situated in the hilly, southern-most region of Panzano, an area that has been acknowledged as one of the Grand Cru of Chianti Classico. The vines are planted on a soil of a high rock content mixture, which depending on the vineyard, consists of shale (Galestro), sandstone (Arenaria) and limestone (Alberese). The vineyards are perfectly situated - standing at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level, surrounded by forests and enjoying a southern exposure, with the river Pesa flowing just a few hundred meters to the south. These factors contribute to the unique micro-climate of Monte Bernardi.

Since 2001, Terra di Seta winery is part of a family-run organic farm conducted by Daniele Della Seta and his wife Maria Pellegrini. The farm is on a hill near Siena, with a 360 view on the Tuscan countryside of the famous Chianti Classico area. Typical of the Chianti Classico area, in the central part of Tuscany in which wine has been produced for centuries, our vineyards are on a hill at about 1,574 feet above sea level, in a natural south-facing amphitheater: a sunny and windy place, with warm days and cool summer nights, perfect for the ripening of Sangiovese grapes, the most important variety of Tuscany, the grape of our tradition. The ground is rocky and dry, letting the roots of the vine go deep and find water rich in minerals: it is these last ones that give strength and elegance to the wine. This is a land of ancient traditions that was civilized in remote periods first by the Etruscans, who left many traces of their activity in the wine sector, and then by the Romans. The first document in which the name Chianti appeared in reference to the wine produced in the zone dates to 1398. In 1716 Cosimo III de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany issued an edict with the norms for the production of this wine, the first time in history that someone had promulgated a law about wine! Since 1716 till now the wine of this area continuing to be strictly regulated by the Chianti Classico Consortium. The term “Classico” means, therefore, “the first”, “the original.” While the Della Setas come from an ancient Jewish family settled in Rome since 2000 years, the Pellegrinis are an old Tuscan family, from Pitigliano and Capalbio villages, with three generations of strong tradition and experience in wine production.

For 25 years it was only Castellare di Castellina. 25 years of successes with the rediscovery of the method (the Chianti wine in the straw-covered bottle) to govern the wine for the fresh and drinkable bottles, also frozen on summertime, of the Governo di Castellare; with the loyalty to the native vines for an authentic Chianti Classico wine, where the red ruby of the Sangioveto is not humiliated by the black Cabernet or, even worse, from the wines of the South; with the Chianti Classico Reserve and the Special Reserve Vigna il Poggiale always obtaining the maximum scores from the guides as well as the three glasses from Gamberorosso repeatedly; with the international vines vinified in purity: Cabernet for the bottles of Coniale and Merlot for Poggio ai Merli, which gave us the possibility to compete to the world challenge of the two most diffused vines in the world; and, again with the three glasses, Le Ginestre (Chardonnay and Sauvignon in steel), Canonico (from the strong character of Chardonnay, vinified in barrique) and Spartito (Sauvignon vinified in barrique as well); the Vinsanto S. Niccolò, well done, without the ladle, neither too much dry neither too sweet; and last, the masterpiece, the great I Sodi di S. Niccolò, glorification of Sangioveto and black Malvasia (10%), twice in the 100 Top classification of Wine Spectator, the proof that Sangioveto vine may compete with all the best vines of the world.

In the heart of the Sienese countryside, nastled among the hilly vineyards and olive groves near the ancient town of Castellina in Chianti, lies Sant'Agnese Farm that takes the name from the nearby nature reserve "Bosco Sant'Agnese". Located in one of the most suitable of the entire Chianti Classico, facing SW on the Val d’Elsa to 420 meters high, San Donatino has always been a company family in the best sense of the term, where everything is followed first person with love and experience. The cellar, followed until the last days of Giulio Gambelli and today by Federico Staderini, it has a setting where the traditional sign of the territory and the difference of the vintages have the absolute prevalence of any form of standardization of wines. Fermentations occur spontaneously without inoculated yeasts, maceration is prolonged and the wines remain “sur lie” for several months. The base wines are aged only in stainless steel while the cru older wood.

The wines, a Chianti Classics and a IGT Toscano Rosso, are made exclusively with estate-grown grapes. They must express the characteristics of territory and reality of countryside, which are not identical each. For this reason Chianti Classico Riserva is only made in the better vintages.

Documents mentioning the Gagliole Estate date back hundreds of years and there are countless ancient legends regarding this property, which continues to conserve memories of a distant time. A manuscript in the State Archives in Siena reveals that the son of the Langobard King Berengarius, who had fallen in love with the Tuscan countryside, bequeathed the Gagliole Estate to his wife in 994 A.D. The passing of centuries did no harm to the beauty of this estate which preserves the special character of this unique landscape.
