Ours is a true farming estate since the 1877. Farming is a family tradition which brother and sister Silvia and Cesare Corazza are carrying on to the future. Over the years they have renovated the winery and the vineyards, continuing to develop the estate’s viticulture and winemaking, selecting clones of native and international grape varieties that were already present here, and have been grown for generations by their mother’s family, Lodi. The vines love the poor, reddish soils here at Zola Predosa, which is within the DOC Colli Bolognesi area. Welcoming you here means sharing our everyday life and the rural heritage and long-standing family tradition that we have inherited. 

Our winery was designed by our father Corrado and physically built by all of us. We have about ninety containers in stainless steel, concrete and wood. We really love using concrete for its thermal stability and absence of allergens.
Our semi-sparkling wines are made by the Italian Martinotti method in stainless steel vats where they also stay for a period on the lees. The wines age for at least 5 months. We produce Pignoletto, still and sparkling, Barbera, Barbera riserva, Merlot.
