The history of the Sereni family, from the beginning of the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to today.
A journey through all the production phases of Balsamic vinegar, from the proprietary hillside vineyards to the finished bottle, passing through the room where the musts are cooked, two barrels for ageing and the Balsamic Museum.
The tour is completed with a guided tasting of 5 types of traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Classic, historical, aged, never banal.

The Tavolozza di Sapori is composed of 5 tasty tapas paired with Balsamic vinegar.
Behind every taste there is an emotion, a passion, a story, a curiosity, a person.
A journey to savour the excellence of this land and demonstrate that Sereni Balsamic "is #notOnlyForSalads".
The "Gourmerenda" is always accompanied by the most popular, convivial and rooted wine of the area: Lambrusco Grasparossa.

Beautiful property and an amazing experience!

Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about balsamic. I learned a lot on this tour and enjoyed the tastings. The drive to get there was so picturesque. Prices were reasonable and the guide would allow you to try anything before you buy. The history of this family farm is quite interesting. I highly recommend.

Location stupenda e personale gentilissimo e competente. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo e abbiamo imparato cose nuove. Ristorante con terrazza meraviglioso e pranzo ottimo tutto basato sui loro prodotti. Consigliatissimo

Bellissima esperienza all' Acetaia Sereni, bellissima location, vista maestosa, circondati da Verde e Olive, olio Di Ottima qualita' e personale gentile e qualificato!
Consiglierei questa esperienza a chi, come me, ama la Natura e l' olio d' oliva!!grazie e complimenti a tutti!!!!

La visita in cantina è stata molto esaustiva, la degustazione ottima e dettagliata e il pranzo veramente buono con una vista spettacolare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo stati veramente bene!
