Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt von Eleonora, die uns sehr kompetent die Geschichte, das weingut und die Weine erklärte, sogar in deutscher Sprache. Die Weine waren sehr gut und auch die Köstlichkeiten aus der Region. Der Besuch hat sich sehr gelohnt.

More than expected
Liked the tour and friendly environment. The wine yard and all surroundings were absolutely amazing- specially views to the city. Wine selection was good and snack portion was big and tasty- contained different cheeses and ham. Definitely recommend! ♥️

Discovering Chianti!
A pleasant experience at Castello Selvole.
It was interesting to discover the history of that territory while observing it from the vineyards, to understand the winemaking phases and their differences among the barrels in the cellar.
We very much enjoyed the four bottles offered in the tasting, paired with local products, and Alberto's friendliness and helpfulness.
A small note is only about the signage and the long, uneven road to get to the location.

Great experience in beautiful surroundings
My girlfriend and I stayed at a hotel a bit outside of Montepulciano. We were Googling around for a place close by for wine tasting and came across this - it did not disappoint!
Our hostess was absolutely AMAZING! Both informative mixed with wit and banter. It was great to see and hear about a smaller winery and tasting the beautiful grapes from the region. We also ended up buying one of the wines.
Besides the great hostess and wine, we had loads of food and snacks throughout the tasting - everything was lovely. There's was four kids as well and it was nice to see how they accommodated their wishes for food.
Overall, 11/10 from these two Danish women who have a huge wine- and food-heart. Cheers!
