Great experience and atmisohere
The cantina polvanera offered a great tour into their unique wine cellar which is build into a rock underground.
The tour was great and the tasting even better. The grounds and tasting room were beautiful, creating a great ambiance to relax and taste their delicious wine.
Highly recommendable.

Intimate winery experience
Our experience at Fratteria Fibbiano was lovely. Due to traffic, we arrived a bit late for our appointment, they were very accommodating and understanding. Our guide thoroughly shared her knowledge of the area, the grapes and the winery. The winery is a beautiful setting with a mix of old and new. I particularly enjoyed the small room sit down tasting. We were able to taste one wine with two different years. It was a unique experience to taste how the grapes and wine change as they age. Perfect pairing with a bit of cheese, meats, bread and the winery’s own olive oil. We all very much enjoyed the experience—-we sent wine back home to the States and bought some to enjoy for the remainder of our trip.

Excellent
Thanks to Winedering, just 20 min from Palermo, immersed in greenery, we found this winery that produces organic wines!!!
It was truly an excellent experience!
Despite not being in the industry, we perfectly understood how wine is made, the phases of the harvest, the bottling etc.
The tour was also interesting because it's not a “museum winery”, but a real workplace.
We also saw the machines they use during the harvest!
The thing that struck me is that they explained everything in simple words and it was really pleasant to listen to them!
The Prima Volta wine (the rosé one) was exceptional!
Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
