Perfeito!
Tudo perfeito! Com certeza vou voltar aqui!

Unique experience, cozy location, knowledgeable staff, excellent food and wines
We were guests at Tenuta Bastonaca on a Sunday in February. The weather was not on our side, being a windy and rainy day; nevertheless, and thanks to the expertise of Fabio (our guide and sommelier), the experience was unique and unexpected.
It began with the customary visit to the cellar, where Fabio explained the origins, history, and current circumstances of the palmento, as well as giving us more technical information on the type of vineyards (present on-site and others located between Etna and Pantelleria). We were able to visit the old olive press and appreciate the explanation of the ancient techniques of harvesting and crushing the grapes. Never boring, but at a certain point we were starting to get hungry...
The lunch was truly excellent, with an appetizer of typical local products, a first course, a second course, and the unmissable cannoli for dessert. Obviously Fabio, as the sommelier, accompanied us throughout the meal, serving us different wines for each course. All done with extreme professionalism, but never in a too formal way, promptly answering all our questions and giving us interesting information about the food and wine journey. The wines were all exceptional.
We really appreciated the location, especially the room where we had lunch, cozy and with a handcrafted fireplace to warm the space.
I highly recommend this experience and take this opportunity to thank the staff and the owner again.

An experience
A recommended experience, a simple but impactful welcome, Erica who welcomed us with her knowledge enthusiastically showed us a truly complex but at the same time fascinating world that is the world of wine, or rather, the wine of Valpolicella di Negrar. We were accompanied by wise words and a visit to the vineyard and the cellar, finishing with a tasting of 5 of the company's most famous bottles, which, by the way, has been certified Organic since 2015. Attention to the territory, passion, and so much love for everything, this is what we breathed in, we left with a full trunk and a silent promise, we will be back here! ... when the roses and the most beautiful planted herbs are in bloom. A special note goes to the Recioto, mother of all wines. Excellent.

A very pleasant experience
A truly pleasant tasting, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the time flew by between an explanation of the methods and history of winemaking and a tasting of their productions. The Amarone and Recioto were truly remarkable.

Excellent tasting
The owner welcomed us to his establishment warmly.
We couldn't visit the outdoor part of the winery due to adverse weather conditions, but he was very willing to answer all our questions, even the silliest ones, and he did so with great professionalism.
You can see there is love in what he does and this also shines through in his wines, which are truly exceptional.
It is a tasting of 5 wines (Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone and Recioto), all accompanied by local cheese and cured meat.
Everything was delicious! We stocked up!
