Excellent immersion into Trentino wine
We were welcomed in a very welcoming and professional manner. The ladies opened the doors of their winery to us, dedicating the right amount of time with friendliness and a lot of experience. Excellent wine as well as the aperitivo of cured meats and cheeses.

Castello di Selvole tour
My girlfriend and I were going to Florence and decided to book a wine tour. Since we wanted to visit a smaller and more authentic reality, we picked Castello di Selvole, a family business winemaking. We couldn’t have chosen any better!! Alberto and Arielle took us for the tour. They showed us the vineyard and thoroughly explained the entire process, from grape harvesting to fermentation and bottling, as well as the difference between chianti and chianti classico. The tour ended with a wine tasting matched with cheese and cured meat. Their English was impeccable therefore the tour is suitable for tourists too. Highly recommended!!

Warm reception and good wine
We were received by Emanuele who showed us around the winery. He is managing it with his mother and father. It's a family business with a beautiful female driven history. There is a good range to taste. I particularly I enjoyed the Insolito (a dry moscato), Dolcetto, Rose and Barbera. The cheese and cake served was sourced from the area. All in all, it was a beautiful experience.

A technical, spartan but truly genuine visit!
I loved not seeing a polished-up cellar where it looks like no one has ever worked. Considering it was the Christmas period and the short notice, we received a welcome worthy of the name. Andrea, the owner, proved to be helpful, simple, genuine, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about his wine and his work. You can see that it's a small and unstructured operation, but the quality of the wines is excellent. You can see a right balance between tradition and a projection towards the future. If a visitor is looking for frills and comforts, this is not the right place. It's the right place to discover a small local reality, where the wine is first conceived and then produced. It's a place where you can see all the work that goes on in the cellar! It's a place where there is patience and detail in explaining all the processes that lead to what you then find in the glass for tasting! The attention to the territory is something present beyond certifications. The wine reflects this care! It's small operations like this that make the Italian wine scene unique and varied! A place to return to if we are in the area!

Unforgettable
Fantastic tasting experience at Opera 02.
Stunning location.
Dalila looked after us, a very knowledgeable girl visibly in love with her job.
We liked the wines and we also bought some. The presentation with which they were offered and the crescenta with prosciutto crudo that accompanied them were sublime.
We stayed for lunch at their bistrot.
Local cuisine with a slight reinterpretation that knew how to enhance everything.
We will certainly come back for the balsamic vinegar experience too.
Thanks to you at Winedering for facilitating the introduction.
We will certainly use your site again.
Happy holidays and thank you.
