Family-run business with so much passion for what they do. The owner is very knowledgeable and clear in her presentation, the story of the winemaking process starting from the vineyard was very interesting. I recommend going between February and September when you can also visit the rows of the vineyard. As for the rest, delicious wines and an incredible charcuterie board, I will dream forever about that prosciutto crudo they age for 4 years.

The visit to the "La Nascosta" winery is something unique and special in every sense: from the arrival, along a dirt road among the vineyards, which effectively hides the structure, to the building, modern and perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape thanks to the use of local materials, all the way to the actual tour and tasting. The explanation of their production processes was interesting and easy to understand, even for "non-experts", the tasting was meticulous in every detail and the wines tasted were well explained in all their particularities. An absolute must-try!

The family-run business is small, but very nice. The tour of the vineyards and cellars conveyed the passion carried on by every member of the family and the passion they put in every day. The tasting then was surprising; they had us immerse ourselves in every wine they produce, all of it accompanied by cured meats. An experience I would highly recommend.

Nice guy, with good products. A shame about the weather, but I highly recommend it. We tasted 6 varieties of wine, which were very pleasant and paired with a platter of salami and cheese.

I chose Dosio Vigneti for the elegance of the place and the chance to take a tour of the vineyards and savor from start to finish the work that goes into it. Although we loved the snow, it wasn't possible for us to visit them because they were impassable. The lucky thing is that we had the chance to taste more wines than we expected. The visit to the cellars was very interesting and constructive. Kind guide and willing to answer the simplest questions. I recommend you add the charcuterie board along with the tasting, you won't be disappointed. Truly a beautiful experience. Thank you

The guys at the estate were very welcoming and knowledgeable on the tour and during the explanations. Furthermore, they were very accommodating and creative in helping us with our difficulties, as unfortunately a girl in the group had to cancel at the last minute. An experience to be repeated!

A very interesting visit, excellently described from both a historical and an operational point of view. In the first part, we were shown the vineyards and crops in general, as well as the cellars, the various equipment used, and the various processes for obtaining the different wines. Afterward, we moved on to a tasting of 5 glasses, always accompanied by something to eat (dairy products, cheeses, cured meats, and vegetables). It wasn't a real lunch, but it was enough to not have to go for lunch elsewhere. The wines were well-described and of excellent quality; they had us taste several types. After lunch, they gave us the opportunity to visit a small wood on the property and also a small farm with animals. Besides the good quality, all things considered, the cost was a bit high in relation to the quantity.
