This was a brilliant experience, doing the wine and olive oil tasting with a tour of the vineyard and olive oil factory. The tasting experience was of fantastic quality, with great facts from the hosts. The food that accompanied it was of great quality. We loved getting a tour of the factory, learning about the process and the history of Etna providing the nutrient rich soil for vineyards. The host was fantastic - she even offered us a drive home so we didn’t have to walk in the heat (we kindly declined but appreciated the offer). It’s good value for money and they have a lovely shop to buy wines and olive oils made at the vineyard

Our visit to Ceramida was one of the highlights of our time in Calabria. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family and treated to an authentic experience that beautifully showcased the region's rich agricultural and culinary traditions. The vineyard tour was both informative and engaging, offering a fascinating look at the winemaking process, the history of the land, and the unique terroir that makes Calabrian wines so special. The wine tasting itself was exceptional, featuring a selection of wines paired perfectly with delicious regional foods that highlighted the flavors of Calabria. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible attention to detail and hospitality shown to our family. One of our guests has celiac disease, and the team went above and beyond to provide safe, thoughtful, and equally delicious gluten-free accommodations. It is rare to find such care and understanding, and it made the experience enjoyable and stress-free for everyone. If you are visiting Calabria and want an authentic taste of the region's wine, food, culture, and hospitality, Ceramida is an absolute must-visit. We left with wonderful memories, a deeper appreciation for Calabrian wine, and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended!
