Spend a delightful ninety minutes discovering prosecco at Colline Guizette tasting room siting above the vineyard with Emanuele, who manages the wine experience and other parts of the business. Was delighted to learn the different history and nuances of the prosecco family and enjoyed a generous tasting of 5 of their wines, including my favorite - the extra Brut. Accompanying each course was a delicious chicchetti - including salami, smoked salmon, and a delicious prosciutto with Gorgonzola cheese. Experience compares well the best tastings I have had in Napa, Bordeaux, Tuscany, and Spain.

Highly recommend this wine authentic and relaxing wine testing experience set in the vineyard where wine is plentiful as well as traditional food ! The owner and Francesca were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxing and authentic - and not rushed n any way … we chose to get a taxi door to door to allow us to fully enjoy this experience. We have been to several wine tasting experiences in the U.K. - this experience was simple, tranquil and the wine and food were excellent ! Highly recommend. Thank you !

A wonderful wine tasting experience in a beautiful location. I visited with my colleagues and we were immediately impressed by the elegant setting, which perfectly combines Sicilian charm with a modern and refined atmosphere. The wines were excellent, and the tasting was enhanced by delicious local food pairings. The host was knowledgeable and passionate, sharing interesting insights about Etna wines and the unique volcanic terroir. The combination of great wines and warm hospitality made this one of the highlights of our time in Catania. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic time at this wine tasting and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Catania. As an Irish traveler exploring Sicily, I was hoping to experience some local wines and learn a bit more about the region, and this was the perfect way to do it. The tasting included four very enjoyable wines, along with some local food that added to the overall experience. The setting was elegant yet comfortable, creating a relaxed atmosphere where it was easy to unwind and enjoy the evening. The staff were warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They shared interesting insights about the wines and the local area, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply looking for something different to do in Catania, I would definitely recommend giving this a try. It's a lovely way to spend a few hours, discover Sicilian flavours, and make some great memories.

I read some reviews about this winery over the years, so as soon as I found myself there, being in Catania for the first time I didn't want to miss the chance. I tasted very good white and rosé Etnas (2023 and 2024 respectively), then I tried a 2021 "Feudo di Mezzo Red" and that definitely made the trick for me, I'll be back for certain in the beautiful winery in the center of the city when I'm back in Catania (which, by the way, is stunning) Hope I can vist the vineyards over the mountain too when I get the chance. Overall certainly recommended
