A recommended experience
After an excellent welcome we learned about the history of the Garofoli family and continued with a visit to the winery where we learned about the various production methods.
Then we moved on to a tasting of excellent wines accompanied by a platter of local cured meats.
I recommend this experience because behind a bottle of wine there is so much passion, research, and dedication and in moments like these you understand them well.

Delightful morning
