In our lives we have done a few winery visits, even prestigious ones, but this isn't a visit, it's THE visit! Wonderful location and a barrage of emotions to experience. The museum of artifacts and terroirs catapulted us to the places where wine is born and the feeling was incredible. First and foremost, we thank Matteo who accompanied us with great seriousness, friendliness, and professionalism. Thanks also to those who welcomed us with elegance and made us feel like guests and not customers. The final thanks go to Roberto, a wonderful person and a professional who loves his work. He involved us in his memories and gifted us with some of the millions of stories that only wine can give to those who love it. We hope to have the chance to cross paths again, maybe in winter around one of those magnificent outdoor braziers, to listen to the stories and enjoy the pleasure of wine. I am a huge wine enthusiast and I can say without a doubt that the tasting at Tenute dei Ciclopi in Catania was one of the most wonderful I've ever done. As soon as I entered, I immediately felt welcomed into an elegant and very well-kept environment, but at the same time warm and relaxed. It was an experience that moved me, because behind every wine I perceived a story, an authentic passion, and a deep connection with the Etna territory. The wines were a real discovery: wonderful aromas, great elegance, and a minerality that makes them truly unique. I also really appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the person who guided us through the tasting, describing each label with expertise and great enthusiasm. If you love wine and find yourself in Catania, I recommend you don't miss this experience. I left with a smile, a few bottles to take home, and the desire to come back soon. A huge congratulations to all the staff!
